How delicious is striped bass? It 'pretty freakin' delicious, especially if cooked properly. Here are some of my favorite recipes for cooking striped bass. Have fun!

Roasted Striped Bass

1 / 2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 / 2 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons fresh chives

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Salt and pepper

4 center-cut striped bass (each 1 / 2 pounds and about 1 1 / 2 cm thick)

2 tbsp.Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix to taste bread crumbs, herbs, salt and pepper. Place the fish pieces on waxed paper. Spanish Style Striped Bass

2 lbs.
